We offer a selected collection of footwear including Casual Wear, Formal Wear and sports wear.

We’re an online store operating mainly through Instagram in Sri Lanka and UAE, so we don’t have a physical location. This allows us to focus on providing you with high-quality shoes and exceptional service, wherever you are.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept Bank Transfers and KOKO Pay (3 x installments)

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can review our full return policy here. It provides all the details you need about eligibility, timeframes, and steps for returning your item

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered! Shoezzyy will bear all return shipping costs in such cases. (FYI: We run a thorough quality check before dispatching your item, so issues are rare!)

Shipping & Delivery

What is your delivery process?

UAE: Once you place your order, we hand it over to our local delivery partner. Your shoes will arrive at your doorstep within 1-3 business days.

Sri Lanka: We ensure you receive a fresh pair directly from the UAE. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep with no delivery charges.

Sri Lanka: Our usual delivery time is 6-10 business days.

UAE: Delivery is quick and efficient, arriving in 1-3 business days.

Not yet—but soon! We’re working on introducing a tracking feature. In the future, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
