Acceptable Reasons for Returns
- Visible Major Damages: Shoes with noticeable major damages are eligible for returns.
- Outside Quality Concerns: Returns are accepted for concerns regarding the exterior quality of the shoes, excluding the sole or inner components.
Unacceptable Reasons for Returns
- Size Issues: Returns due to size mismatches will not be accepted. We encourage customers to measure their feet in centimeters and confirm their EU size before ordering.
- Customer-Induced Damages: Any damages caused during unboxing or trying on the shoes are ineligible for returns.
- Unsatisfaction: Dissatisfaction with resemblance to original shoes, lack of additional accessories, or minor deviations from sample pictures will not be grounds for returns.
- Late Deliveries: Returns due to delivery delays are not accepted. Typical delivery is 6-10 business days, but factors like import regulations, customs inspections, and strikes may affect the timeframe. Urgent or time-sensitive orders are not accepted.
Shoe.zzyy reserves the right to determine if a return reason is unacceptable.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers are required to:
- Provide an unboxing video of the shoes.
- Submit clear pictures and other media documenting the issue.
These measures ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims.
Return Timeframe
Returns are only accepted within 1-2 days from the date the customer receives the product. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be processed.
Return Charges and Process
Customers are responsible for:
- Covering return and re-delivery charges.
- Paying applicable taxes incurred during the return process.
Returns will be sent back to the UAE for inspection and replacement, with a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks.
Additional Policies
- Customs Declaration: Minor packaging damages during transit, caused by customs regulations and airport inspections, do not affect the product quality.
- Refunds: Refunds are not offered. Customers can exchange shoes for acceptable reasons. If the exchanged item’s cost is lower, the difference will be refunded; if higher, customers must cover the additional amount.
